Project Selection Process − Combined Score of the Panelists

Each project will be judged by a panel of 4 members drawn from QuEST Global. Each member of the panel will evaluate the projects at the various stages and a final score will be arrived by combining the individual scores of the panelists.

There will be four stages of review

  • Stage 1

    Each team's abstract and project report will be reviewed by a panel. This along with the other criteria (like team, topic etc) will form the basis of approval to continue in the competition.

  • Stage 2

    All the final reports received will be reviewed by the panel. Based on the quality of work presented in the report (and other submitted artifacts), top 200 projects will be selected. All of these 200 teams will be called to take up the QuEST recruitment Test and successful candidates will be offered to join QuEST.

  • Stage 3

    The top 200 projects will be further reviewed by panel and if required telephonic discussion will be conducted to select top 10 projects.

  •  Stage 4

    An event will be held at QuEST Global to evaluate these top 10 projects. Each team will have to make a presentation to the panel and defend their work. Based on the presentation and overall technical contents, the top 3 teams will be selected by the Review panel.


QuEST provides many opportunities for mentoring pre-final and final year engineering students.


Interim reports on the progress of the project must be submitted. Dates for submission will be informed to the participants.
